Due to the Covid-19 outbreak we have taken measures to protect our staff. All administration staff will now be based from home. Our warehouse staff have been issued with personal protective equipment and a strict social distancing policy has been implemented. We will continue to trade as normal and process mail orders, but this will be subject to delays.
During this time all orders will be processed and dispatched on a first come, first served basis. Please allow 4-5 working days (Mon-Fri) for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse.
Once dispatched, your order should arrive at your door within 2-5 working days (Mon-Fri). Our delivery partners are working extremely hard to ensure that these deadlines are adhered too.
If you have not received your order within 10 working days (Mon-Fri) from checkout, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know. Please remember to include your order reference number. We cannot check an order status without it. We will endeavour to respond to you within one working day.
