FAQ

Do our prices include VAT?

Yes. All our prices displayed include VAT at the appropriate rate.

Which Countries do we ship to?

We only currently ship to Mainland UK customers. This excludes Scottish Highlands, The Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland.

Do we offer gift wrapping?

We currently do not offer a gift wrapping service.

How do I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards except for American Express. All payments are made securely through our payment processor PayPal.

What happens to faulty or damaged goods?

We will require photographic evidence for any item under £15 in value and a replacement will be dispatched. Please read our Refunds Page for more details.

Can I amend an order after it has been placed?

If you wish to amend an order that has already been placed, please email sales@saltandsoap.co.uk and include your order reference number and the amendments to be made. In some circumstances, we may need to cancel and refund the original order for it to be placed again.

What are our working hours?

We are open Mon-Fri (excluding Public Bank Holidays) between 10am and 6pm. Any communication received outside of these hours will be dealt with on the next working day.
